Job summary

Techloset is seeking a WhatsApp & Instagram Sales Executive to own our sales conversations end to end. This on-site, full-time role is based in Faisalabad and focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

The ideal candidate will excel in Urdu and English, manage 15–20+ live chats, and bring experience with Instagram or WhatsApp sales. Willingness to relocate if not currently in Faisalabad is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication in Urdu and English; persuasive, sales-oriented tone.
• Ability to manage 15–20+ live chats simultaneously without losing track.
• Prior experience selling on Instagram or WhatsApp preferred; D2C/gifting/fashion/boutique experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads on WhatsApp and Instagram promptly and professionally.
• Guide undecided buyers toward a confirmed order and handle objections.
• Track conversations and follow up until closed; no warm lead lost.
• Upsell add-ons or bundles in a customer-first manner.
• Coordinate order confirmations, customization requests, and delivery timing.
• Own conversion outcomes; measured on orders closed, not messages sent.

About the Role

We are a premium gifting brand (handcrafted bouquets, luxury gift boxes, curated hampers) looking for a sales-driven individual to own our WhatsApp and Instagram sales conversations end to end — converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram promptly and professionally, maintaining a warm, on-brand tone
• Guide undecided buyers toward a confirmed order — handling price objections, delivery concerns, and hesitation
• Track every conversation to ensure no warm lead is lost; follow up consistently until closed
• Upsell and recommend add-ons or bundles in a natural, customer-first manner
• Coordinate with the team on order confirmation, customization requests, and delivery timing
• Own conversion outcomes — this role is measured on orders closed, not just messages sent

Requirements

• Excellent written communication in both Urdu and English, with a persuasive, sales-oriented tone
• Ability to manage 15–20+ live chats simultaneously without losing track of conversations
• Prior experience selling on Instagram or WhatsApp preferred (D2C, gifting, fashion, food, or boutique informal experience also considered)
• Naturally persuasive yet customer-first approach closing deals by solving problems, not applying pressure
• Based in Faisalabad or able to relocate (mandatory)
