Our client Confidential is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative in Lahore

VisionPro Laser Eye Centre is looking for a proactive, articulate and conversion-focused Customer Service Representative to manage incoming digital enquiries and turn online interest into qualified patient leads, appointments and clinic walk-ins. The CSR will be the first point of contact for potential patients coming through WhatsApp and social media campaigns and will be responsible for professional communication, lead qualification and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Develop meaningful conversations with prospective patients to understand their needs, address their concerns, follow-up consistently and guide prospective customers to the next steps – ideally a consultation and visit to VisionPro.
• Convert incoming enquiries into qualified leads and, wherever appropriate, appointments and clinic walk-ins.
• Provide accurate, clear and approved information about VisionPro services, procedures, consultation process, promotions and appointments, while handling questions and objections professionally throughout
• Follow approved conversation scripts and FAQs while keeping communication natural and personalized.
• Identify high-intent leads and prioritize them for timely follow-up.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospects who have not yet booked.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, lead status, follow-ups, appointments and outcomes in the designated CRM or lead-management system.
• Follow up on consultation requests, quotations, promotional enquiries and undecided prospects.
• Work toward agreed KPIs for response time, qualified leads, appointments booked, show-ups and conversions.
• Track the customer journey from first message → qualified lead → appointment → clinic visit.
• Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team so booked patients are expected and properly followed through to their visit.
• Respond to relevant comments and direct messages on social media and move genuine prospects into the appropriate lead-conversion channel.
• Ensure no genuine customer enquiry is missed or left unanswered.
• Maintain a professional and consistent VisionPro brand voice across all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, lead generation, call centre, digital sales or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent English and Urdu communication skills, particularly written communication.
• Strong conversational, relationship-building and persuasion skills.
• Confident handling WhatsApp and social media inboxes.
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to maintain organized lead records.
• Target-oriented, energetic and comfortable working with measurable KPIs.
