Instagram Executive

Shaadi Organization® Pakistan is looking for a creative and performance-driven Instagram Executive who knows how to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate real leads through Instagram.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings:

• Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
• Morning: 11 AM to 8 PM

Office Location:

• DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and growth strategies
• Ability to create content (ideas, captions, hooks, basic creatives)
• Knowledge of Reels, hashtags, engagement tactics, and audience targeting
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Result-oriented mindset (focus on leads, not just likes)
