We are seeking a Website & Search Marketing Specialist to improve website performance, organic visibility, and qualified lead generation for our clients and business initiatives.

In this role, you will coordinate website updates and search marketing activity, using analytics and search data to identify opportunities and measure results. You will work with colleagues across marketing, content, and creative services to deliver consistent, useful online experiences.

• Maintain and improve website pages, structure, content, usability, and conversion paths.
• Conduct keyword research and page SEO practices, including metadata, headings, internal links, and content optimization.
• Monitor search visibility, website traffic, user behavior, and leads; prepare clear performance reports and recommendations.
• Support technical SEO checks, identify indexing or site-quality issues, and coordinate fixes with web colleagues.
• Assist with search marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-generation initiatives, tracking outcomes against agreed goals.
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to align website messaging and campaign assets.
• Keep up with search platform updates and recommend practical improvements based on evidence.

Job Specification

• Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Experience updating and maintaining websites through a content management system; familiarity with HTML and basic web troubleshooting is useful.
• Ability to use Google Analytics and Google Search Console or comparable tools to track traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Understanding of technical SEO basics, including indexing, crawlability, page speed, mobile usability, and structured site organization.
• Strong content editing skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in improving page relevance and readability.
• Ability to interpret data, create concise reports, and turn findings into measurable recommendations.
