Job summary

Khanewal seeks a qualified Officer, Warehouse to manage inventory and logistics processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain with relevant experience in stock control and documentation.

You will maintain the inventory system, verify stock on receipt, issue goods per FIFO, monitor levels, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely procurement while upholding安全 handling and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the computerized inventory management system.
• Receive and inspect stock, verifying quantity, packaging, quality, expiry dates, and required documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, placement, and category-wise segregation of goods.
• Issue goods to relevant departments according to approved documentation and FIFO principles.
• Monitor stock levels based on consumption and raise purchase requisitions when required.
• Ensure safe handling of materials during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse In-charge and Procurement to resolve inventory and procurement issues.
• Immediately report discrepancies to the Warehouse In-charge.
• Regularly inspect lock and key systems to minimize security risks.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor or Head of Department relevant to the role.
