Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Islamabad is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee floor and inventory activities, ensuring accurate inbound and outbound processes in line with warehouse SOPs.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehousing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will monitor daily operations, coordinate with the warehouse manager, and generate regular reports while maintaining stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehousing experience in a multinational or reputable logistics company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the daily project operations & activities.
• Monitor operations and ensure all activities are finished on time.
• Provide alternative solutions to the warehouse manager for any operations issues.
• Liaise with Inventory team to define cycle counts/stock take schedules.
• Control inbound and outbound daily activities of a warehouse in coordination with the warehouse manager.
• Ensure stock accuracy is matched between physical and system records.
• Provide support to ensure all reports are well documented.

Overview

The incumbent will be required to interface between floor & inventory teams in order to conduct accurate inbound and outbound activities, responsible for daily activities in his/her warehouse project and control related to floor operation, coordinate, prepare, implement and provide regular report which is in line with warehouse SOPs.
