Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movement.
• Lead and supervise a team of 5 warehouse staff, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
