Job summary

Zarea Limited in Lahore is seeking an experienced Admin Supervisor – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse administration and staff supervision, maintain records, and coordinate with departments. The role emphasizes documentation, inventory workflow, and adherence to SOPs to ensure smooth operations.

You will lead a small team, monitor attendance, generate reports, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse administration, operations, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and record management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong staff supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain warehouse records, files, registers, and administrative documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and daily administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, HR, and other relevant departments.
• Support inventory documentation and maintain material movement records.
• Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse facilities and administrative resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare and share administrative reports with management.
• Resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues at the warehouse.
