Job summary

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily departmental operations, including administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing volunteer events, activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage social media content and communications related to volunteer activities and events.
• Maintain volunteer records, activity reports, and departmental documentation.
• Support volunteer engagement, communication, and coordination activities.
• Assist the Volunteer Management team with departmental planning and coordination.
