Job summary

The Citizen Foundation seeks a Manager – Partner Compliance and Relationship in Lahore to lead regulatory engagement and ensure high standards of compliance across donor-funded programs. You will coordinate government requirements, support contract processes, and monitor data quality and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in donor-funded project management with strong analytical, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities required.
Solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks and service rules.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation within donor-funded programs.
Strong data analysis and ability to produce actionable reports.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular engagement with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Coordinate between government departments and internal teams on contracts and policies.
Assist in expansion proposals and school assessments for partnerships.
Ensure timely data entry and data quality on government portals.
Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Prepare periodic regulatory and program reports with accurate information.
Coordinate subsidy monitoring and field visits to verify compliance.
Develop training materials for area and school teams on compliance requirements.
