Job summary

Radisson Blu Islamabad is seeking a professional, well-groomed Front Desk Receptionist to be the premium face of our 5-Star hotel project. The role focuses on delivering high-class hospitality to VIP guests, corporate clients, and investors in a polished, corporate setting.

You will manage the front desk, coordinate with executive PAs, handle couriers and letters, and ensure the reception area reflects a sophisticated brand image.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Urdu verbal and written communication.
• 1–3 years experience in luxury real estate, premium hospitality, or high-end customer service.
• Smart, presentable, well-groomed with strong phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests, corporate clients, and investors with premium hospitality.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements and serve refreshments as needed.
• Manage front desk tasks: call screening, emails, and visitor logbook accuracy.
