Qualifications

• Ability to accurately collect and enter patient and visitor information.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, office applications, and appointment or registration systems.
• Good organization, time management, and attention to detail in a busy healthcare setting.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, diagnostic teams, billing staff, and administration.
• Calm, empathetic, and professional approach when assisting patients and attendants.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and healthcare professionals and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and respond to routine inquiries professionally.
• Register patients, verify basic information, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate front-desk records.
• Coordinate with clinical, diagnostic, billing, and administrative teams to support timely patient service.
• Provide clear information about hospital services, visiting procedures, and directions within the facility.
• Maintain an organized reception area and follow hospital policies for privacy and safety.
