The ideal candidate should have proven experience in vendor registration and familiarity with SAP Ariba and Oracle. Responsibilities include preparing registration documents, coordinating with clients, and generating business leads. Formación

• Proven experience in vendor registration and business development.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Oracle, or other procurement platforms.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company registration with Government and Non-Government clients in KSA.
• Prepare and submit company registration documents as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with client procurement teams and follow up until registration approval.
• Support business development through new vendor registrations.
• Generate business leads and prepare proposals.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of SAP Ariba, Oracle, and similar systems.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Line Manager.
