Job summary

Topline Resource Group is seeking a proactive remote-ready leasing and property management specialist to support a US long-term residential rental portfolio from Lahore. The role focuses on Section 8/HQS compliance, RFTA packet preparation, and owner reporting, coordinating with US agencies and property owners.

You will manage lease administration, tenant screening, move-in/out cycles, and rent rolls, while using Asana, Slack, and AI tools to draft documents and summaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working a US long term residential rental portfolio, non negotiable.
• Hands on Section 8 and Housing Choice Voucher experience: RFTA, HQS, HAP, recertification.
• Experience with US landlord-tenant process and Fair Housing requirements.
• Experience coordinating with US property owners and preparing owner reporting.
• Daily use of Asana and Slack in an operational environment.
• Comfort using AI tools for drafting and document work.
• Excellent spoken and written English for direct communication with US owners, tenants, and housing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit RFTA packets and coordinate approval with the Public Housing Authority.
• Schedule HQS inspections, track results, and coordinate repairs to clear failed items.
• Track HAP contracts, HAP payment receipts, rent reasonableness determinations, and abatements.
• Manage annual recertifications and interim changes to protect subsidy.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance across all screening and tenant communication.
• Prepare, issue, and track US lease agreements, renewals, notices.
• Process rental applications, run tenant screening, verify income and references.
• Manage move in/out cycle including deposits and condition reports.
• Monitor rent roll, lease expirations, and renewals; drive occupancy.
• Coordinate owner statements and disbursements; report variances.
