Job summary

AAA Digital in Lahore, Model Town, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) for its onsite team. This full-time night shift runs 6 PM–3 AM Pakistan time, with a base salary of PKR 90,000–100,000 per month.

You will make outbound calls to US carriers and owner-operators, explain dispatch services, qualify prospects, handle objections and book follow-up conversations. Strong English and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound cold calling, telesales or SDR experience.
• Strong spoken and written English, active listening and clear telephone communication.
• Confidence handling objections, qualifying leads and following up consistently.
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and work toward agreed sales activity targets.
• US trucking or dispatch-services sales experience is preferred.
• Available to work onsite in Model Town, Lahore during the stated night shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US carriers and owner-operators.
• Explain truck dispatch services clearly and identify relevant customer needs.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections and book suitable follow-up conversations.
• Keep accurate call notes, lead records and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Work with the sales and dispatch teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
• Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-through.
