Job summary

Rizing Metrics in Lahore is seeking a target-driven Sales Development Representative to work onsite in the Johar Town office. You will lead outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book meetings for the closing team in international markets.

Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion skills are essential. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication (neutral accent preferred).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales, telesales, cold calling, or SDR experience (international accounts preferred).
• Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) in person at Johar Town office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and sales communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in international markets.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on key criteria and pain points.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
• Overcome objections and deliver a high-quality client experience.
