Job summary

Nishat Chunian Group is expanding its TLC arm to launch in the USA, running the Shopify store and new marketing channels end to end. You’ll report to the Head of E-Commerce and own campaigns, products, pricing and customer communications across PK, UAE and US markets.

You will build email flows, manage ads on Meta/TikTok/Google, and deliver weekly ROAS reports while coordinating with the ops and design teams. Evening hours to cover US time zones are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on e-commerce or performance marketing experience, running ad accounts yourself.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads; TikTok Ads experience required.
• Has built email flows in Klaviyo, Brevo or Mailchimp.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify admin.
• Comfortable with GA4 and reading numbers (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).

Responsibilities

• Run the TLC USA Shopify store day to day: products, collections, pricing, discounts, Shopify Markets, US shipping settings and site QA.
• Launch and optimise US ads on Meta, Google (Shopping/PMax) and TikTok.
• Set up and manage TikTok and Snapchat Ads for PK and UAE: pixels, catalogs, campaigns, creative testing.
• Build and send email campaigns and flows in Brevo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) for PK, UAE and US.
• Manage Google Merchant Center feeds and fix disapprovals.
• Coordinate US order fulfilment, returns and customer queries with the ops team.
• Brief the design team on ad creatives and email designs.
• Deliver a weekly performance report: spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR, email revenue, top products
