BPO Impact is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our US-based B2B Construction Services Campaign. The role is on-site in Islamabad, with an evening shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST) and a focus on outbound calls to US-based prospects.

You will introduce services, qualify opportunities, book qualified appointments, maintain CRM records, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while building confidence in outbound sales and overcoming objections.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or cold calling.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work US business hours and on-site in Islamabad.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Introduce services confidently and professionally.
• Engage contractors, builders, construction firms, and business owners.
• Identify prospects' needs and project requirements.
• Qualify prospects based on needs and requirements.
• Handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
• Generate and book qualified appointments.
• Follow up with prospects as needed.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity information in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
• Continue improving communication and sales performance.
