Job summary

Cybxicon is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in Pakistan. This role focuses on outbound sales to US-based prospects with strong phone communication skills. Suitable for candidates with experience in digital marketing or SaaS sales.

Salary ranges from 35,000 to 50,000 USD plus commissions. Remote work option with Lahore-based operations. Evening shift from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM PKT, Monday–Friday, plus quarterly performance reviews and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, particularly outbound sales or cold calling.
• 2 years experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS
• Experience in BPO, tele sales, SDR, BDE, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Confidence when speaking with US-based prospects.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Ability to handle rejection and common objections professionally.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and consistent.
