BPO Impact is hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Executives for a US B2B construction services campaign. This is an on-site, full-time role at our Lahore location, with a 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.

You will engage US-based decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline growth. We offer a competitive fixed salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses, along with coaching, career progression, and an international exposure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR/BDE/outbound sales experience.
• Experience with US or international campaigns.
• Strong cold-calling, lead qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Execute outbound cold-calling campaigns targeting US-based businesses.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
• Engage contractors, builders, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Communicate client requirements and service solutions clearly.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain follow-ups via calls and emails.
• Update CRM records and activity logs accurately.
• Track KPIs and contribute to pipeline growth.
