Qualifications

• Proven track record closing outbound or inbound sales to customers, preferably US.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident American-friendly tone.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills with a results-first mindset.
• Comfort with night shifts and punctual daily attendance.
• Basic CRM and VoIP dialer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take live, warm-transferred calls from agents and close the sale from first hello to contract.
• Present SEO and GMB packages and close deals with local US business owners.
• Handle price, trust, timing, and results objections confidently.
• Ensure payment is secured and confirm post-payment sales.
• Log calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM and dialer system.
• Provide quick feedback to improve lead quality and handoffs.
• Participate in daily huddles and follow company scripts and compliance.
