• Knowledge of US trucking operations, freight brokers, and load boards is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Client Acquisition: Cold call and email US-based owner-operators and carriers to promote our truck dispatching services.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Generate leads, pitch services, handle objections, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer retention and referrals.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Follow up with prospects, maintain a sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Truck Dispatching Support: Coordinate load booking and negotiate competitive rates with freight brokers.
• Truck Dispatching Support: Assist clients with load updates, driver coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Truck Dispatching Support: Resolve client concerns and dispatch-related issues professionally.
• Truck Dispatching Support: Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and dispatch documentation.
