Job summary

HRSI in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring a Senior Manager S&OP & Planning Excellence to design and drive the enterprise S&OP process across Demand, Supply, MRP and planning functions. You will lead the Planning Excellence team, set governance standards, and deliver decision-ready scenarios and improvement projects.

The role requires 8-10 years in S&OP or related planning roles, with strong leadership, financial acumen and change management capabilities. MBA or S&OP qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in S&OP, demand or supply planning, planning excellence, or supply-chain transformation.
• Experience in a managerial or enterprise process-lead role.
• Textile or apparel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead S&OP cadence including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP.
• Integrate demand, capacity, materials, inventory and financial implications into clear scenarios.
• Maintain an approved constrained plan, decision log and action tracker.
• Establish planning policies, horizons, freeze windows and change controls.
• Document and improve standard processes and ensure governance.
• Define enterprise planning KPIs, maturity and continuous improvement methods.
• Lead planning improvement portfolio and the Planning Excellence team.
