Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, reservations, or customer support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and customer service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure with time-sensitive bookings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels.
• Search, quote, book, modify, and cancel flight tickets.
• Assist with hotel reservations, travel packages, and other services.
• Handle booking changes, refunds, cancellations, and complaints.
• Provide accurate fare, baggage, and booking condition information.
• Coordinate with airlines and hotels to resolve requests.
• Maintain booking records and follow up until resolution.
• Support sales by converting inquiries into bookings.
