Qualifications

• Experience with airline reservations, fare rules, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Familiarity with computerized reservation systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Strong attention to detail entering passenger names, travel dates, routes, and document information.
• Ability to compare fares, explain booking conditions, and prepare clear quotations.
• Good written and verbal communication with a professional customer-service approach.
• Ability to coordinate with airlines and suppliers and resolve booking discrepancies promptly.
• Comfort using email, office software, and digital booking records.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Check flight schedules, fares, availability, baggage rules, and applicable booking conditions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and reservations according to customer requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and internal colleagues to resolve booking or schedule issues.
• Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
