Qualifications

• On-site Lahore and team collaboration.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Lahore. The Travel Agent will assist clients with planning and booking complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination and visa information, preparing travel files, managing reservations, and processing payments. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, recommending suitable packages, resolving booking issues, and maintaining accurate records in reservation systems. The Travel Agent will also support sales efforts by promoting services, following up with leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including experience with booking systems and itinerary management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess skills in Car Rental and related ground transportation services, ensuring smooth end-to-end travel support.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling travel packages and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software and reservation platforms; prior experience in a travel agency or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing client needs and travel regulations.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
