V.Ships Croatia LTD is seeking an organized Transportation Service Coordinator to manage transportation arrangements, coordinate service schedules, and support daily transport operations. You will work with drivers, dispatch teams, customers, and service providers to ensure reliable and timely services.

The ideal candidate has strong planning and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accurate records and complying with safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, business administration or related field.
• Experience in transportation coordination, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and transportation management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, service requests, and vehicle assignments.
• Arrange transportation services according to customer requirements and priorities.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch teams, customers, and service providers.
• Monitor vehicle schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
• Respond to inquiries, delays, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain records of bookings, routes, vehicle assignments, and service completion.
• Assist with route planning and improve transportation efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and vehicle availability.
• Prepare transportation reports and track performance indicators.
• Ensure activities follow procedures and safety requirements.
• Support resolution of customer concerns and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve service quality.
