Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to top-tier clients and meet SLA expectations for deployments. You will manage deployment schedules and coordinate across multiple internal teams using CRM, Kinaxis, ServiceNow, and Smartsheets.

Ideal candidates possess strong customer service, excellent organization, and the ability to handle ambiguity and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time

• Coordinate deployment processes and schedules.
• Liaise with multiple internal teams via CRM, Kinaxis, CIM, AX, ServiceNow.
• Track order processing, quality checks, and shipment status.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.
• Build understanding of inventory management principles.
• Manage project tools like client dashboards, Smartsheets, and MS Excel.
• Drive deployment requirements through Kinaxis and handle changes.
• Project management experience is a plus.
