Job summary

CSB Bank in Gilgit-Baltistan seeks an experienced relationship officer to provide practical solutions to MSME/SME and WSB clients in line with policy and regulations.

With 5–8 years of relevant experience, you will liaise with service, operations and product teams to meet trade finance requirements and identify revenue opportunities. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, growing the bank's trade finance business, and cross-selling treasury products while maintaining high client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MSME/SME and WSB client servicing.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any specialization.
• Experience in revenue generation and cross-selling treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Meet and service trade finance requirements of clients and coordinate with service/operations/product teams.
• Cross-sell treasury products and engage with existing clients for business development.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients to grow trade finance business with business verticals.
