Job summary

PepsiCo Pakistan seeks a dynamic Sales/Distributor Lead to guide the distributor organization in deploying company strategies to meet local business needs. You will train and motivate the team to achieve short-term objectives and long-term goals.

You will develop journey plans, hire and coach Order Bookers/DSRs, drive volume targets, ensure product availability, manage promos, and report weekly KPI progress to the ASM while building distributor capability.

Qualifications

• University Graduate (BA) with strong leadership and communication skills.
• 1–2 years experience in similar role preferred; fresh may apply.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor/organization team to deploy company strategies.
• Develop and implement Journey Plan for distribution network.
• Screen and hire Order Bookers/DSRs and coach performance.
• Achieve monthly volume targets and market coverage.
• Ensure product range availability and shelf integrity in market.
• Roll out Sales OOR modules across distributor workforce.
• Weekly KPI reporting to ASM and manage distributor budgets.
