You will set monthly and daily targets, share performance reports, coach field teams, conduct market visits, and ensure trade marketing plans are implemented.

A Graduate with 4–6 years' experience is preferred, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Graduate with 4–6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in territory and distributor management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Aufgaben

• Lead assigned territories by handling distributors and order bookers to achieve targets.
• Prepare monthly unit/value targets for assigned territories.
• Prepare day wise targets and assign to order bookers to ensure coverage.
• Prepare and share sales reports by territory and category to analyze KPIs.
• Manage order bookers and drive performance with product knowledge and resources.
• Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and understand market dynamics and customer actions.
• Ensure trade marketing activities are carried out per Trade Marketing plans.
• Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by monitoring territories and RTM.
• Develop relationships with distributors to align objectives and maximize value.
• Forecast sales and manage budgets to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
