Responsibilities

• Drive the business to achieve volume and sales growth targets.
• Increase competitive visibility in stores.
• Coordinate with distributor/customer plans and executions.
• Negotiate with customers for joint business planning.
• Plan and manage eRTM and routes for DSRs.
• Support digital transformation strategy for territory.
• Demonstrate strong financial metrics like gross margin and profitability.
• Lead and develop an extended team with accountability.
• Uphold business KPIs and analyze post-execution performance.
