Job summary
Huawei Pakistan is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead telecom network operations for a large-scale Managed Services project. The role covers end-to-end preventive and corrective maintenance across a multivendor environment, ensuring high network availability, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has deep O&M telecom expertise, strong BTS/RAN, transmission and power knowledge, and proven ability to lead regional teams, manage suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics or related field.
- 10–15 years experience in Telecom O&M or Managed Services.
- Experience with multivendor environments; familiarity with Huawei/Nokia/ZTE preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Preventive and Corrective Maintenance across multiple regions.
- Manage regional O&M teams, field engineers and outsourced resources; coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Maintain relationships with telecom customers and stakeholders; handle escalations and communicate performance updates.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization and adherence to HSE.
- Develop performance dashboards and reports using digital O&M platforms.
