Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecom/Electronics Engineering; degree attested by HEC Pakistan.
Experience in multi-vendor RAN deployments across Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE.
Proven track record in 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN upgrades and network swaps.

Responsibilities

Lead wireless deployment and RF optimization teams to meet rollout targets and milestones.
Oversee high-level and low-level design for wireless networks, including cell site sizing and RAN connectivity (BBU/RU/AAU).
Coordinate site configuration, commissioning, and integration of NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB with core network.
Analyze RF KPIs (drop rates, CSSR, throughput, latency) and optimize coverage and capacity.
Coordinate with equipment vendors, subcontractors, and operator departments.
Utilize Huawei ISDP and other tools to monitor QA reports and drive site delivery.
