Job summary

Huawei Pakistan is seeking an Implementation Manager for the Jazz Project. You will own network implementation across RAN, 5G, and optical networks, coordinating internal engineering squads, subcontractors, and Jazz stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high availability.

Role demands 4–5 years in telecom project execution and strong English/Urdu communication. Lead site deployment workflows, conduct RCA, and maintain runbooks while ensuring safety and quality compliance across Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 4–5 years in telecom network implementation.
• Hands-on experience in RAN, 5G, and optical networks.
• Experience with vendor/subcontractor coordination.
• Strong English & Urdu communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end network implementation for Jazz Project.
• Coordinate RAN, 5G, and optical deployments.
• Manage cross-functional coordination between teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with standards.
