Job summary

Sunwoda Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Pakistan seeks a proactive first-line technical support engineer to assist with inverter and energy storage products, delivering both remote and on-site service.

You will diagnose faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and coordinate resolutions with HQ engineering, while handling on-site commissioning, maintenance, and repair as needed. You’ll document cases and feed field insights back to product and engineering teams to drive reliability and customer

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of inverter and energy storage system working principles.
• Background in electrical engineering or related field (degree or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Hands-on experience in first-line remote and on-site customer service (ESS / solar / power electronics preferred).
• Resilient under pressure — comfortable with high-volume tickets, urgent escalations, and field travel.
