Presales Engineer

Job summary

Growatt New Energy is seeking a skilled pre-sales professional to support Pakistan customers from Lahore. You will conduct technical communications, requirement analysis, site surveys and design schemes, while preparing technical quotations and English tender documents.

You will also deliver product demos and seminars to end customers, EPCs and distributors. You will monitor grid regulations and energy storage policies in Pakistan, feed market feedback to R&D, and collaborate with product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation or related majors
• Solid experience in energy storage / power industry pre-sales; familiar with BESS, PCS, battery system and Korean grid standards is strongly preferred
• Good English reading and writing capability
• Capable of independently completing solution design, technical proposal writing and customer technical exchange
• Customer-oriented, strong logical thinking, presentation skills and cross-team coordination ability

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle pre-sales technical support for Pakistan customers, including technical communication, requirement analysis, site survey, scheme design and technical quotation sorting.
• Compile technical proposals, system single-line diagrams, datasheets and tender documents in English according to customer demands and local grid codes.
• Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations and solution presentations for end customers, EPCs and distributors
• Track Pakistan’s power grid regulations, energy storage policies and industry competition information, and feedback localized market demands to the product & R&D team
• Collaborate closely with domestic product, delivery and after-sales teams to align technical solutions and clarify project implementation boundaries
• Support tender participation, answer technical inquiries from customers during bidding, and handle technical negotiation
