Remotebase is expanding its mission to connect top tech talent with leading companies in the remote work space. We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support end-to-end talent acquisition for various technical positions.

Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding, with a focus on engineering, AI/ML, and product roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product).
• Hands-on with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator and Boolean search.
• Knowledge of engineering roles and tech stacks to screen credibly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive; able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals.
• Write personalized outreach and test messages to improve response rates.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various technical positions.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to facilitating interviews and onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building connections and shaping the teams of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional network and referrals
• Write personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, and follow-up sequences) and continuously test messaging to improve response rates
• Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, communication, and compensation alignment
• Run structured interview processes and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through acceptance
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS/CRM and report on key metrics weekly
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and future roles
• Improve recruiting processes, job postings, and employer branding

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, plus Boolean search
• Solid understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks well enough to screen credibly and speak with developers
• Ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
