Huzzle is seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team, focusing on scaling world-class engineering and IT organizations across our client base. Remote work with autonomy and strategic partnerships with hiring managers are key to success.

You will lead sourcing, screen candidates for software engineering, IT infrastructure, and SAP roles, and drive the candidate experience from kickoff to close in a performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
• Proven track record hiring across Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and SAP.
• Deep understanding of tech stacks and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; able to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.

In this role, you won't just fill seats; you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying top-tier talent across software engineering, specialized IT infrastructure, and SAP ecosystems. This is a critical position for a recruiter who thrives on the hunt for niche technical talent and understands how to navigate the complexities of the modern tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initial kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and headhunting.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define specialized candidate profiles.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the high standards of the team.
• Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks within the IT, Software Engineering, and SAP sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
• Proven track record of hiring across diverse technical domains, including Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack), IT Infrastructure, or ERP systems like SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and the nuances of various engineering roles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth, results-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in both agency and in-house environments.
• Established network within the SAP or specialist DevOps communities.
• Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
