Huzzle is seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team, focusing on scaling world-class engineering and IT organizations across our client base. Remote work with autonomy and strategic partnerships with hiring managers are key to success.

You will lead sourcing, screen candidates for software engineering, IT infrastructure, and SAP roles, and drive the candidate experience from kickoff to close in a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in technical recruitment (Senior level) or 3+ years (Mid-level).
• Proven track record hiring across Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and SAP.
• Deep understanding of tech stacks and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; able to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical profiles and requirements.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to assess hard skills and culture fit.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks within IT and SAP sectors.
