Stonebridge Recruiting is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer in Lahore to support AI-enabled recruitment and RPO services. You will source and screen candidates across technology, finance, legal, healthcare, and other domains, building talent pipelines and maintaining CRM/ATS records.

You will collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers, assist with outreach campaigns, and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field is preferred and experience in recruiting or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with global recruitment practices, especially for US/European markets, and interest in AI-driven hiring solutions is advantageous.

Role Description

The Recruitment Resourcer is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, supporting the delivery of AI-enabled recruitment and RPO services. In this role, the team member sources and screens candidates across a variety of functions, proactively building talent pipelines for clients in technology, finance, legal, healthcare, and other domains. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial phone or video interviews, performing candidate research, updating and maintaining CRM/ATS records, and preparing shortlists with accurate profiles and relevant insights. The Recruitment Resourcer collaborates closely with senior recruiters and account managers, assists with outreach campaigns, and ensures timely, professional communication with candidates and clients. The role requires consistent on-site presence, adherence to structured processes, and a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to support candidate sourcing, screening, and initial assessments.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building skills to nurture long-term candidate and client connections and maintain talent pipelines.
• Candidates should be comfortable using recruitment tools, ATS/CRM systems, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with any prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with global recruitment practices, especially for US and European markets, and an interest in AI-driven hiring solutions will be an advantage.
