Job summary

Sharp Brains in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end IT hiring across infrastructure, software, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and support roles. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen for technical and compensation fit, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and onboarding.

The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams to fulfill vacancies, maintain pipelines, and track KPIs while handling multiple openings

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360° recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and contract type.
• Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, candidate databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, salary/rate expectations, and work authorization.
• Handle recruitment for roles across IT infrastructure, software development, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and support functions.
• Coordinate technical interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting submission, interview, selection, and hiring targets. Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs including profiles submitted, interviews scheduled, selections, offers, and closures.
• Support international hiring across different locations, employment models, B2B/freelance contracts, FTE, and onsite requirements.
