Job summary

D Engage Limited. in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a CX Specialist to join the Technical Support team. You will welcome new clients, facilitate seamless setup, and foster strong client relationships while addressing technical queries and issues.

You will analyze usability, API calls, imports/exports, and campaign creation, supporting onboarding and collaborating with account management to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or client onboarding.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Graduation degree in CS or IT preferred.
• Proactive, fast-paced, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for technical queries.
• Provide professional and understandable answers and solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to usability, API calls, imports, exports, campaign creation.
• Participate in client onboarding to ensure correct technical setup.
• Work with account management to resolve issues and escalate to level 2 when needed.
