Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with hands-on technical recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for software development, IT infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, engineering or technology-related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, direct sourcing, Boolean searches.

• Screen candidates against technical requirements, experience, competencies, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, references, and offers with a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on IT talent market trends, skills, and sourcing practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical sourcing expertise, a solid understanding of technology roles, and the ability to identify, attract, and engage high-quality technical talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned IT and technical positions, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver suitable talent within agreed timelines.
• Source and engage active and passive IT talent through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future IT and hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical requirements, relevant experience, competencies, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection, reference checks, and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on IT talent market trends, technology skill sets, and sourcing practices to support effective technical hiring.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidate pipelines, hiring status, and recruitment reports.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
