Job summary

Nokhba.AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment process, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and connect the organization with suitable professionals. This role focuses on managing multiple hiring priorities while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Responsibilities include sourcing through various channels, screening and interviewing, and maintaining accurate recruitment data in ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Practical experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple positions, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Data-driven, organized, and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
