Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to attract and recruit top IT talent, collaborating with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, assess candidates for culture fit and technical suitability, and optimize candidate experience using ATS and AI tools.

Experience in IT recruitment, a Bachelor's in HR/related field, and familiarity with the KSA market are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in IT.
• Experience recruiting for the KSA market is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily recruitment work and ATS systems.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and data-driven in tracking metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding handoff.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate cultural fit and technical suitability.
• Lead salary negotiations, rejections, counteroffers, and expectation-setting with tact.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate profiles and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and regular communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build pipelines with universities and professional organizations to source qualified candidates.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
• Stay updated on AI trends in HR and talent acquisition.
