Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including keyword searches, Boolean search strings, and identifying relevant profiles based on job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Support the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews, profile evaluations, to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and suitability for open positions.
• Support recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS updates.
• Assist in posting job openings, managing applications, and monitoring responses across recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and application status.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on daily hiring activities and other recruitment-related tasks.
