Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and recruitment targets.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and recruitment activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance company visibility.
