Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is hiring an Associate Business Developer to bolster Business Development in Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation. The role requires at least 1 year of IT staffing experience and focuses on LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, bidding, and pipeline management to grow the company’s global footprint.

You will collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to convert qualified leads into staffing partnerships, aiming to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 1+ year of professional experience in IT staff augmentation, business development, lead generation or B2C tech sales.
• Proven success in LinkedIn outreach and email-based lead generation.
• Strong experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator) and cold email campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting booking.
• Run multi-touch outreach sequences using Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, etc.
• Apply on relevant job portals to generate qualified IT staffing opportunities.
• Prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, and client communications aligned with requirements.
• Qualify and nurture B2C outbound leads through structured follow-ups.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, proposals, and closed contracts.
• Focus on staffing across Full-Stack, iOS and Mobile, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Python, DevOps, Shopify, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for leads, proposals, and contracts closed.
