Job summary

Karandaaz Pakistan is seeking an Analyst Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with department heads, and drive hiring efficiency. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline, optimizing processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across all stages.

The ideal candidate has experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to continuously improve recruitment practices for a not-for-profit organization in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of specialized experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Experience with automating recruitment processes and implementing technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of People Services in designing the Annual Staffing Plan for Karandaaz.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent needs and build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and craft job descriptions/specifications.
• Conduct market analysis on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection.
• Source via job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit for Karandaaz.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels for a smooth process.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Negotiate offers and compensation within approved budgets and policies.
• Organize files with clear naming conventions for easy access.
• Facilitate onboarding; add value to candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline hiring processes with technology.
• Liaise with headhunting firms for niche roles and provide recruitment support to KRN subsidiaries.
